1 - Based on the circumference of torso "underneath the breast line", indicates which bra size corresponds (U.S.A., UK, Italy, International).

2 - Based on the circumference of the breast line, indicate which size of cup corresponds ( cup B, C, D).Measure over the biggest point of your bust line. Make sure the tape is straight.

3 - Based on the circumference of your pelvis, indicate which panty size corresponds (U.S.A., UK, Italy,International).

Find your your underneath the breast line measurement in a light green column. Follow the line from left to right to the light grey section and you will find your underneath the breast line size. Follow this line to the violet section. Find which measurement range corresponds to your breast circumference and look up on the table - you'll get your cup size (B, C or D).
